Return and Exchange Policy
Exchange Requests
After your product reaches you, you must submit your exchange request within 3 business days.
In the exchange process:
• The shipping fee (100₺) for sending the product to us belongs to the buyer.
The re-sending fee (70₺) for the exchanged product is also covered by the buyer.
Custom Design Products
According to the Consumer Law, there is no right to return or exchange for products that are specially produced for you.
Since these products are specially produced for you and are not kept in stock, they are considered outside the general right to return.
Earring Products
For hygiene and health reasons, it is not legally possible to return or exchange earring products that come into direct contact with the ear.
This practice is valid in accordance with the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and Article 15 of the Distance Sales Contracts Regulation.
Refund Process
After the product reaches us, it is checked by Atelier Duygu officials.
For products whose compliance with the return conditions is approved, the refund will be transferred to the bank within 10 business days.
It may take 7–15 business days for the refund amount to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank's processes.
The product to be returned:
• In its original packaging,
• Unused,
• Undamaged and
• Must be sent with the sales invoice.
The customer is responsible for the return of the product in the same condition as it was delivered and the loss of commercial value of the product if used.

You can send the product without having to provide address information to the cargo branch with the return code that will be created specifically for you. Please contact our customer service for details.
