DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT
ARTICLE 1: PARTIES
This Agreement has been signed between the parties specified below under the terms and conditions
set forth below.
1.1 SELLER INFORMATION:

The person who places an order on the RECEIVER's website within the scope of this contract. The RECEIVER's address and contact information used when becoming a member or placing an order will be taken as basis.
ARTICLE 2: DEFINITIONS
In the implementation and interpretation of this contract, the terms written below shall refer to the written explanations opposite them.
2.1. RECEIVER: A natural or legal person who acquires, uses or benefits from a good or service for non-commercial or non-professional purposes,
2.2. MINISTRY: The Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Turkey,
2.3. BANK: Licensed institutions established pursuant to the Banking Law No. 5411,
2.4. SERVICE: The subject of any consumer transaction other than the provision of goods, which is made or promised to be made in return for a fee or benefit,
2.5. LAW: Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers,
2.6. PRODUCT: The movable property that is the subject of shopping and offered by the SELLER on its website,
2.7. ORDERER: The real or legal person who requests a good or service through the SELLER's website,
2.8. SELLER: The company that offers goods to the consumer within the scope of its commercial or professional activities or acts on behalf or on behalf of the offering,
2.9. WEBSITE: The SELLER's website,
2.10. CONTRACT: This contract concluded between the SELLER and the BUYER,
2.11. PARTIES: The SELLER and the BUYER,
2.12. REGULATION: Refers to the Distance Contracts Regulation (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188).
ARTICLE 3: SUBJECT AND SCOPE OF THE CONTRACT
3.1. This Distance Sales Contract ("Contract") has been drawn up in accordance with the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection ("Law") and the Distance Contracts Regulation No. 20237. The parties to this Contract accept and declare that they are aware of and understand their obligations and responsibilities arising from the Law and the Distance Contracts Regulation under this Contract.
3.2. The subject of this Contract; The determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law and the Distance Contracts Regulation regarding the sale and delivery of goods or services with the qualities specified in the Agreement, which the BUYER has ordered electronically from the internet site named www.atelierduygu.com ("Website") for the purchase of goods or services ("Products").
3.3. After the BUYER approves this Agreement via the Internet Site, the price and expenses of the Product(s) he/she has ordered will be collected through the payment method he/she has chosen. In this context, the BUYER accepts and undertakes that he/she has been informed about the nature of distance contracts and that the payment obligation has arisen at the time his/her order was approved.
ARTICLE 4: PRODUCT/SERVICE INFORMATION
4.1. The basic features of the Goods/Products/Services (type, quantity, brand/model, color, number,
price) are published on the website of the SELLER named www.atelierduygu.com.
4.2. The prices listed and announced on the website are the sales price. The announced prices and promises are valid until they are updated and changed.
4.3. All amounts to be paid for the goods or services subject to the contract (sales price including all taxes, shipping fee and installment difference amount, etc.) are clearly stated to the BUYER during the sales transaction.
4.4. The order date is the date the BUYER purchased the product(s) from the website of the SELLER named www.atelierduygu.com.
ARTICLE 5: DELIVERY
5.1. The SELLER may claim legal rights from the BUYER for orders not received.
5.2. SELLER is not responsible for any damages and expenses arising from BUYER's late delivery of the product and/or failure to receive it at all. SELLER is responsible for the delivery of the product subject to the contract,
in a sound and complete manner, in accordance with the specifications specified in the order and in accordance with Articles 55
and 56 of the Law on Consumer Protection, if a warranty document is required to be issued within the scope of the Warranty Document Regulation, together with warranty documents and user manuals in accordance with the Introduction and User Manual
Regulation.
5.3. SELLER tries to send its shipments to the regions where HepsiJet, Yurtiçi, PTT and Aras Cargo branches are located within one week at the latest, but in the event of delays due to cargo in some regions, SELLER is not responsible for delays or non-delivery.
