Necklace Size and Length Guide
Check out our guide to how different necklace lengths look on the body.
30 cm / 12" – Collar: Fits snugly around the neck for most people.
35 cm / 14" – Choker: Provides a slightly more comfortable stance, has a classic choker look. On a slim person, it sits at the level of the collarbone.
40 cm / 16" – Choker / Princess: For most people, it sits just below the throat, at the base of the neck. While it looks like a princess necklace on slim people, it may feel like a choker on plus-sized people.
45cm / 18" – Princess: This length sits just below the collarbones at the throat. It is one of the most popular lengths and is ideal for wearing a pendant.
50 cm / 20" – Martinee: Falls below the collarbone. Can be combined stylishly with wide-necked tops.
For visual purposes only. Actual fit may vary depending on person's height, body type and necklace thickness. A necklace will look longer on a thin person, while it will look shorter on a very tall person. A very thick and wide necklace will sit differently than a thin necklace. For example, a 35 cm long Curb Chain T Bar Choker Necklace may look like it's 30 cm, as stated in the product description.
🎯 Our suggestion: Measure the length of your necklace using a tape measure and test how it will look on your body by wrapping it around your neck.
